Stuck in Grid Garden: Day3ReBoot #100DaysOfCode

I should’ve known today would be tough. As I started my CSS Grid Garden puzzles, my WiFi went out. (My account said it was working, my devices said Nope!) I had 5 more puzzles left (#25-28), so of course, my modem would act up. After ten minutes of restarting my modem and Roku (was watching Midsomer Murders), I was ready to code my grid garden. My fun didn’t last long. I got stuck on Puzzle 26. I understood and completed puzzles 25 and 27. However, for 26, I couldn’t get the pixels (px) and fractional (fr) parts correct to water everything except for the top 50px of the garden. I’m still stuck! Hopefully, I’ll be able to figure it out tomorrow, so I can move on to #28.

Happy 2018! Thankful for This New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a relaxing and joyous holiday! It’s been awhile since my last post. I was very busy at work the week before my winter break. So, once my vacation started, I spent most of my time relaxing and doing as little as possible. …

Universe will handle it…

It’s taken many years for me to realize that situations need to play out in their own time. I was too fixated on holding people accountable for the pain they’ve caused. Whether it was a prejudiced coworkers, one of my ex-husbands, or family members, I couldn’t move past the pain.

Quote for Thursday
