WHY ISN’T IT WORKING WHEN I OPEN THE FILE IN THE BROWSER AFTER USING SUBLIME TEXT!

I open it in my browser and none of my styles appear. I’ve checked the stylesheet link and my code syntax. Sigh… The only thing I can do is walk away for a bit and try again later. As much as I love coding, these are the frustrating moments that send my head into a spin. Ugh!
