This was the heaven I needed this week! It’s only Monday, and everything just popped off: Weather going from single digits to 60 degrees Fahrenheit in a few days; meetings back to back in the middle of my teaching schedule; and my Mac Air (2012) charger failing (a-freaking-gain) costing another $80+. I needed something more than my Prosecco. This was it! I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. So, when I saw Two Sleevers’s recipe, I had to try it.
It was the best decision I could make this week. These peanut butter and chocolate bars are awesome! I tried to get the exact products (did that with the peanut butter and almond flour). I ended up using Trulia and a Hersheys Dark Chocolate Chips (they had less sugar). Of course, once I got home I realized that I didn’t have vanilla extract (ADHD me). However, I didn’t miss the vanilla taste.
