Who’s the Real Ben Mitchell? (EastEnders)

Now that Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) has been back in Albert Square for a month, there’s been debates about his true personality. Some fans think the new “Ben” is too hard and evil. Other fans (like me) think Ben’s current attitude is based on his upbringing and experiences. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen his anger issues.

So, I think it’s time to take a trip down the “Ben Mitchell Memory Lane” to revisit some of his best anger issue moments. First thought I should include young Ben dealing with Stella’s abuse. Then, I realized that Harry Reid’s Ben had enough anger moments for us to analyze.

Is Bowden’s portrayal of Ben too evil or is he just continuing what Reid’s Ben already started?
